Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE)

Our Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) is an in-depth assessment conducted by a team of specialists to identify the unique needs and strengths of each individual. This evaluation provides a thorough understanding of the individual's developmental, behavioral, and medical history, helping to create a tailored plan of care.

Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) Development and Progress Monitoring

The Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) is a customized plan designed to address the specific needs of each client. Our team collaborates to develop and monitor this plan, ensuring it evolves with the individual's progress. Regular assessments and adjustments are made to optimize outcomes and support continuous development.

Coordinated Care Conference

Our Coordinated Care Conferences bring together caregivers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to discuss and align on the best strategies for the individual's care. These collaborative meetings ensure that everyone involved in the client’s care is informed and working towards common goals.

Intervention Services

We offer a range of intervention services tailored to the individual’s needs:
Individual Intervention: One-on-one sessions focused on personalized strategies and activities.
Group Intervention: Small group settings that encourage social interaction and peer learning.
Higher Intensity Intervention: Intensive support for individuals requiring more focused and frequent sessions.

Intervention Observation and Direction

Our professionals observe intervention sessions to provide feedback and direction, ensuring the strategies used are effective and aligned with the individual’s goals. This ongoing supervision helps refine and improve intervention techniques.

Family or Caregiver Training and Counseling

We provide training and counseling for families and caregivers to empower them with the knowledge and skills needed to support their loved ones. This includes education on autism, behavioral strategies, and emotional support, fostering a supportive home environment.

Telehealth

To ensure continuous support regardless of location, we offer telehealth services. These remote sessions provide convenient access to our specialists, allowing for ongoing care and consultation without the need for travel.

Travel Time

We cover travel time to ensure our services are accessible and timely for all clients. This allows our specialists to reach individuals in various locations, providing consistent and reliable support.

In-Home ABA Therapy

At Aspire Care Autism Center, our in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provides personalized one-on-one care for your child. Led by a Behavior Technician and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), sessions take place in the comfort of your home, helping your child develop functional skills within their natural environment.
